Cornerstone Valuation Services was founded by Kyle Bjerke and Russ Rutter.  Kyle and Russ are both natives of southeastern Wisconsin and have been full-time commercial real estate appraisers for more than 25 years combined.

We are a full-service commercial real estate appraisal and consulting company.  We take pride in providing quality work in a timely manner and have a willingness to take on both "traditional" and complex assignments with standard or expedited timing needs.

 

All members of Cornerstone Valuation Services are Certified General Appraisers.  We do not rely on Trainee appraisers.  While the bulk of our professional work has been located within Wisconsin, we also have experience providing valuation services in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, Virginia, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Kyle and Russ have completed valuation and consulting assignments for a variety of clients, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, corporations, law firms, municipalities, governmental agencies, private individuals, and more.
